2024 Tickets Now Available
The time has come, and tickets for the 2024 Soirée, a night of fabulous music, are now available! With new artists performing at the Soirée for the first time and some favourites returning, it is going to be another fantastic night of live music and art at The Gap State School hall on Saturday 24th August.
Headlining this year will be OBISUN, a family trio whose infectious and uplifting vibes will be sure to get you moving. Nicole Murray is a veteran of the Australian folk music scene, and will be performing solo for the first time. Beetle Miyela is a sound and performance artist that will take you places extraordinary and imaginary, and Elijah Jak will be bringing his solo project, simple but emotionally-moving material with just a guitar, some words and a voice.
Returning from previous years are Tessitura Acapella, a crowd favourite with some new music just for us, and Emily Winter on cello, this time performing with her sister Anna in a cello duet as The Winter Sisters.
Also returning will be The Gap Creative with a beautiful art gallery showing a selection of their wonderful artworks from local creators. This was a highlight last year, and it will be fantastic to see (and buy!) their latest works again.

Proceeds from the Soirée go to the Music Supporters Group at The Gap State School, a sub-committee of the P&C. This group supports the brilliant instrumental and choral music programs at The Gap State School.
